Go to the Campaigns tab -> Select the campaign you want to modify -> Go to the category ‘Chat buttons’.
You can set the availability of your chat button (chat window) to three settings:
1. Only show invites when there is enough availability.
This means that the chat will not be available when agents are logged in, but have their status set on ‘Not available’.
3. When there are connected agents
This means that when agents are logged in, regardless of their availability status, visitors are able to chat.
