A goal is a predefined target of what you wish to keep track of, f.e. Subscribing to the newsletter.
Go to the Campaigns tab -> Select the campaign you want to modify -> Go to the category ‘Goals’.
Under ‘Goals and Sales’ you are able set goals with corresponding criteria.
Adding a goal requires you to name the goal, add criteria and a value. Setting criteria allows you to define a certain customer pattern on the website. E.g. a customer entering the ‘thank you’-page after subscribing to the newsletter can be installed to define a goal.
